Official Record of Study: for obtaining your testimonial for student visa renewal and other documents.
Provisional Certificate: potential graduates who have not yet been approved for graduation but have already (1) satisfied all the graduation requirements with (2) all grades reported may apply for a provisional version (paper or scanned copy) only if there is an urgent need for the proof of completion of studies (e.g., IANG application).
Academic Transcript: for additional official transcripts along your study, other than the free copy issued automatically by the Academic Registry to students who have been formally conferred the degree. (Note: Unofficial transcript can be generated from the Student Center in SIS otherwise).
For Graduates
After graduation/course completion, you will be able to retain your @connect email account for life, though other student-related network account services will be terminated when you leave the University.
Degree Diploma: for the conferment dates and the collection details.
Congregation: for details of the ceremony and diploma collection on Congregation Days.
Award Certification Letter: for additional award certification letters (paper or electronic format) other than the free copy issued automatically (in JSON format) by the Academic Registry to students who have completed their programs of study and have been formally approved by the University for graduation and have their degrees conferred.
Academic Transcript: for additional official transcripts, other than the free copy issued automatically by the Academic Registry to students who have been formally conferred the degree. A free copy of the official transcript (in both paper and JSON format) will be issued automatically by the Academic Registry to students who have completed a degree program at the university and have been formally admitted to the degree (i.e. after the Congregation).
